Star Song: Whatever- Keeping The Faith Ft Ilia Darlin

Keeping the Faith -whatever

Today’s song is Whatever by KEEPING THE FAITH featuring ILIA DARLIN.

I featured the man behind KEEPING THE FAITH dubstep connoisseur Ian Halsall a few months back with club -filler Feel It . This time he teamed up with Greek-born singer ILIA DARIN for an in-your-face, bass-bursting production, topped off by the singer’s melodic vocals –another one that’s strictly for the dance floor. Go on, have a listen!

Like her collaborator of this single, ILIA DARLIN no stranger to the music scene. Starting out in an underground electro punk band called Stiletto Scag, she went on to become one of the biggest stars in her hometown and has been hailed ‘the next biggest thing’ and the ‘Greek renaissance.’

ILIA took her career to the next level and moved to London, where she performed at numerous of venues including MTV and London Fashion Week in 2011. She was also involved in a project with Konvict Muzik record label (co-owned by AKON) and collaborated with producer and songwriter Billy Mann, who produced hits for artists including PINK, KELLY ROWLAND and CELINE DION.

Now based in LA, ILIA DARLIN is currently working on new material. If you want to keep up to date with the talented singer, please visit her website, ILIA’S BEDROOM, where you can check her much-talked-about hits.

If you’re really feeling Whatever, you can check out more of KEEPING THE FAITH tracks on SoundCloud.

Star Song : Feel it – Keeping The Faith

Just Feel It - Keeping The Faith

If this doesn’t get you going on a night out, nothing will! Today’s star song is from KEEPING THE FAITH. The man behind the record label Ian Halsall drops another Dubstep/Drum ‘n’ Bass track called Feel It – and this guy is no stranger to the music scene. Back in the mid 1990’s Halsall worked on DJ/producer Andy Wetherall’s Sabres of Paradise label.  After taking a break from the music, Halsall came bouncing back in 2012 producing electronic music, infused with dubstep and Drum ‘n’Bass. With the help of major social media websites, the dubstep/Drum ‘n’ Bass connoisseur’s bursting-bass line productions were exposed across the globe – particularly in Siberia, South Africa and New Zealand! Like me, if you’re feeling Feel It (get it!) you can listen to more of Halsall’s tracks here . Halsall will donate will future recordings to charity – nice guy!
