His In Due Time mixtape on Live Mixtapes has been getting rave reviews around the city and beyond. He’s back with another visual for the mixtape with Sometimes. This lyrical latent track features 1/2 of G-Side, ST 2 Lettaz, another Alabama native. These two MCs display their skills, showing why Alabama should not be overshadowed.

Upcoming Release: Purple Rain (Prince Cover) – Nina Jones
Based in Newport, South Wales, NINA JONES is the latest vocal jewel from a country which boasts a stellar musical heritage. At just 17 years old, hers is a voice which already holds the maturity and depth of singers well beyond her years.
Her new single is a cover version of Prince’s classic Purple Rain – one of the songs that saw him become a household name in the 1980s. The Pop sensation who’s studying for her A-Levels- is hoping her version of the song may go some way to doing the same for her with its UK release, bringing the track back to basics to showcase her superb vocals…So what do you guys think? Song of the Day: Possession – David Versis
Today’s track is the intense and gritty, Possession by DAVID VERSIS. The track is from his latest EP, Warhol.
Hailing from Ontario, Canada, the award-nominated singer/producer has released multiple mixtapes, including the 2012 release PSALMS, and has also produced on albums such as Yo Gotti’s I Am and Wiz Khalifa’s Grammy nominated album Blacc Hollywood. Most recently, Versis released Warhol, a 8 song EP featuring production by Versis himself, Arthur McArthur and Mikhail.
