New Track! Mandatory Mantra – Benjamin AD

Mandatory Mantra Benjamin AD

South-London ‘rap philosopher’ BENJAMIN AD released his brand new single, Mandatory Mantra on Friday.

The track is accompanied by a short-style visual, acting as a pseudo-diary entry to his world and serve to further illustrate the reality in his music. Directed by Lozcast, features BENJAMIN AD delivering his lyrics in a raw freestyle, highlighting the poignancy of the lyrics as a Mantra. Check out the visual here.

Mandatory Mantra is the second installment in a series of his monthly tracks. The previous installment, Come My Way, was praised by Red Bull UK.

Having smashed it with the original, Sheffield’s hottest grimsta (that’s grime star, just in case you’re wondering) COCO comes back harder with two remixes of the single, Big Bou Yah with Jammz, Terminator and Trigga  on the vocal remix (watch the video) while Walter Egodrops drops a brand new dub of the hugely supported 1Xtra’s Toddla T original.

Big Bou Yah has been heavily playlisted across radio and TV, making COCO the one to watch for 2016. The three-minute explosive banger comes as the follow-up to debut single Target Practice, released via Girls Music in July, which earned the upriser serious recognition from Earmilk and GRM Daily.

Upcoming Release: Celebrate – Jordan Morris

Jordan Morris

Taking on the classic sound of UK garage music, JORDAN MORRIS is set to release track Celebrate through IQMG Records

The beat skipping kick drums married with the reggae guitar riff lay the foundations to the track as the tempo bubbles and flows, leading in to the vibesy hook.

Having previously collaborated with Dappy and Faith SFX, Jordan has continued to carve his musical niche, perfecting his current sound for forthcoming debut EP Discovery due for release in 2016.  Revealing that he’s been working with super producers such as P2J and writers ‘Roc-City’, responsible for hits for Usher, Rihanna & Ciara, the EP marks  great depth and talent from this upcomer in a way that hasn’t previously been heard.

Celebrate is out on 24th December via iTunes.
