Well Country Powerhouse PAIGE ROSE knows that feeling all too well.
Her latest single, ‘Set The Pace’, reflects her time where she felt stuck in a rut, comparing her stagnant situation to others who appear to be seamlessly moving on with life. Although it felt all the odds were against her, somehow Paige Rose held onto her faith, as deep down inside, she knows that God has got her back.

After moving from her hometown Sioux City in Iowa to the epicentre of country music – Nashville- in 2017, Paige’s music career began to gather serious momentum. She quickly established herself as a compelling live performer, taking to the stages of the city’s renowned venues, including Song Suffragettes, Whiskey Jam, Listening Room Cafe and The Basement. Her accolades kept up the momentum when her single, ‘Just A House’ secured a place in the Top 100 Songs of the Year on KSUX 105.7. However listeners were introduced to her powerhouse distinctive vocals, coupled with that honest, cards-on-the-table songwriting through debut EP ‘Not All Girls’ (2022).The project’s standout track ‘Whiskey Drinker’ was recognised by The New York Times as “ready for radio.”
Her work has also earned visual support from CMT too, with Rose debuting multiple music videos through the network, including ‘Trouble’ and ‘Between Me & Jesus.’ Influenced by artists ranging from her childhood favorite Shania Twain to Fleetwood Mac and Alanis Morissette, Rose continues to carve out a sound that balances country storytelling with a rock-influenced edge.
So the moral of the story in ‘Set The Pace’ is to steer away from comparing your life journey with others, as everyone achieves their goals at a different pace, as the man upstairs will make sure everyone will have their moment to shine – and indeed he kept his end of the bargain and mapped out the very fruitful journey for Paige Rose.
