It’s been several months since RAPHAEL BLAKE was feature on NEW LEASE MUSIC with a series of installments from his 2014 mixtape, #TheUndergrad….and as you can see, he’s back with his latest effort, Sweet Illusion.
As part of BBC Radio 1Xtra’s #WordsFirst campaign this November, ‘seeking to find the hottest and freshest spoken word talent from across the country’, DJ Target premiered the soulful/electronic effort late last month.
The spoken word poet has been busy within those last several months with performances at various festivals over the summer including Lovebox 2015 as well as gaining online support from Complex, Clash and Hunger TV.
