Today’s song is Core Audio by underground hip hop act DANGEROUS CATS. The track is coming from their album latest album Age of Grimalkin.

These guys are the forerunners of alternative hip hop as they use crazy beats that you wouldn’t usually associate with hip hop – but it makes very intriguing listening.  There are some seriously out-of-sight tracks on their latest album, but Core Audio made it to the star song hot spot, as it features an ultra soothing melody completed by some unreal freestyling – check it out.

Star Song: Millionaire – Two4One

Check out today’s song, Millionaire by TWO4ONE. This track is coming from their album Bargain Basement Shit, released in March.

TWO4ONE consists of Dutch Young ( described as The, Man, The Myth and The Legend) and Belligerent. Together these hip hop duo bring to the table the fashion forward beats with lyrics that’s relatable and definitely speak to your soul. Within a year, the combination of head-rolling beats and clever but hard-hitting wordplay took these guys from small bars in their hometown Missouri to the airwaves in Alaska.

Well have a listen to Millionaire, as this track just displays that these guys are steadily going places. With laid back raps that grooves with the smooth, easy-cruising bassline, it won’t be surprising that they will go way beyond the Alaska airwaves in no time.

Star Song: The Phoenix – Tom Mitchell.

Today’s song is The Phoenix by British singer/songwriter TOM MITCHELL. The single is coming from his debut album, New World.

Before going solo, the Bristol-based soft folk rocker was a supporting guitarist for 20 years and has worked with artists such as DUFFY.  In July he released his album which offers the perfect infusion of acoustic guitars and angelic harmonies. It was a tough job choosing a favourite, but The Phoenix made it to the star song spot, as it’s simply a pure and simple production, where you will be immediately drawn into this guy’s angelic vocals and the lone guitar. Breathtaking.

Star Song: Deceiver – Albert Gold

Today’s song is Deceiver by British aspiring singer ALBERT GOLD.

The 23 year old east Londoner draws his influences from LUTHER VANDROSS, OTIS REDDING and JOHN LEGEND. After studying and creating music for most of his life, he has perfected his signature stamp of classic soul and pop, infused with a contemporary sound.

Star Song: Here and There- Rushil

Indian-born RUSHIL always had an unflappable passion for music, hailing THE FRAYS, JAMES MORRISON, BOB DYLAN and ERIC CLAPTON as his biggest influence. From the age of 14, he formed a band with his friends and at that point he had the burning desire to become a credible artist. Fate was on his side when a producer spotted his raw talent and under his guidance, RUSHIL started producing his own material which led to his standout debut album.

If you haven’t heard of RUSHIL, the easy-cruising Here and There is the perfect introduction, as you get to experience his smooth and slightly-husky-typically-rock vocals – absolutely stunning!
