K Harrison Makes A Quick Return With Second Single, ‘Fire Fire’.

Not many rappers in the UK scene can say they’ve been co-signed by a major US rapper after their first release — but that’s exactly what kind of power K HARRISON harbors. Hailing from Derby, the rising East Midlands wordsmith might only have one official song out, but he’s already championed by Compton rap legend The Game, as well as working side-by-side with the nation’s favourite redhead Ed Sheeran. Following his highly successful debut ‘Boss (Call Away)’, K Harrison is back with his sophomore single ‘Fire Fire’.

Once again opting for a tropical soundscape, K Harrison delivers a sun-warped Mediterranean-inspired banger, housing a syrupy vocal timbre and breezy flows. Despite its three-minute runtime, ‘Fire Fire’ is jam-packed with K Harrison’s signature charisma and charm.

Bringing the heat to the glass and concrete-bound Derby metropolis, ‘Fire Fire’ couldn’t come at a better time as summer planning, antics and hot weather creep up on the horizon. Standing worlds apart from his fellow Midlands MCs (Sainté, MIST, M1llionz etc.) K Harrison aims to provide party soundtracks, sharp lyricism and pure musical escapism, which is aided by the accompanying visuals that feature model Mina Jay, who has just won the ‘Miss Europe Continental’ title.

‘Fire Fire’ follows directly on from the aforementioned ‘Boss (Call Away)’ which was released back in March 2022. The Certi Beats-produced track was an ode to the titular female ‘Boss’. Currently, ‘Boss (Call Away)’ is sitting at well over 62,000 streams on Spotify and 170,000 views on YouTube.

K Harrison is putting the finishing touches on his forthcoming debut LP, and ‘Fire Fire’ is a great taster of we can expect from him in the near future….Check out the music video for the single below…

Serving up a bouncing hustlers anthem, STARMONEY adds to an exceptional recent run of music as he teams up with Sneakbo for the release of ‘Flex’.

Starmoney flexes his lyrical sway and teams it with a noteworthy delivery. Celebrating the wins, the duo drop their own verses on ‘Flex’ to take a look back at where they’ve come from and their current status in life. Sneakbo offers up the first verse with his signature flows and charisma while Starmoney litters the track with gritty ad-libs, an anthemic hook and two verses that keep his talent in the spotlight throughout.

Making his presence felt over the last two years, Starmoney has stepped out of the shadows to deliver a slew of his own heavy rap joints that have catapulted the rising star up the chain of UK rap, including the weighty collaboration ‘Catfish’ featuring Snap Capone. Starmoney made his debut with ‘Black Lives Matter’ in 2020, gaining attention with UK and Caribbean press. Deeply rocked by world events and inspired to be an activist for the cause, Starmoney made the transition from writer to rapper with a powerful message and has since continued to use his platform to speak on positive change and drive collaboration between Caribbean and UK artists, as reported by the Jamaica Observer.

Chris Budden Drops Introspective Rap, ‘Confessions’ + Video

Returning from a two-year hiatus as the anticipation for his long-awaited and highly anticipated third mixtape continues to intensify, UK rapper, songwriter and producer CHRIS BUDDEN is back with ‘Confessions’ – a glorious melodic rap track in his trademark ‘Trap Rockstar’ style, which sees the East London native in captivating introspective mode as he opens up about all the things that he feels he can only get off his chest through the music. The track was written by Budden and co-produced with Cee Figz, who has also worked with the likes of Popcaan, Wretch 32 and Fredo.

Whether it’s dealing with heartbreak and past relationships, or battling with addictive behaviour, or remembering his friend that he lost due to knife crime when he was only 14, or navigating the music industry, Chris Budden bares it all on his new single .

Speaking about ‘Confessions’, Chris Budden says, “The song ‘Confessions’ is me admitting to my wrongs, but still being too numb to them to change my bad habits. It’s like I’m going on a guilt trip, but still too proud to apologise. For the ‘Confessions’ video, it was set in a mansion, and if you notice, there’s not that many close angle shots as I like to have a mysterious slant to what I do. With this video, I want the viewer to feel my pain, but at the same time, go on a party trip with me”.

Since making his debut on UK rap icon Yungen’s 2016 single ‘Every Night Late Night’, Chris Budden has been on an upward trajectory with his unique ‘Trap Rockstar’ style that mixes his UK rap foundation with sensibilities from Atlanta’s rich hip-hop landscape that has inspired him over the years. With two mixtapes Wudnt Be and 13:33, over 40 songs, and co-signs from the likes of Tim Westwood, Wretch 32 and Wiz Khalifa under his belt, Chris Budden has been hard at work with producer Cee Figz on his upcoming comeback project, led by new single ‘Confessions’.

OUT TODAY: Izza Shares New Single, ‘Love Bracelets + Video

Today, electro-pop singer, songwriter and producer IZZA returns with her new single and video, ‘Love Bracelets.’

‘Love Bracelets’ is an instantly infectious, club-ready single that spreads an empowering message of self-love. Expanding on the new song, Izza says: “I used to value my worth based on how people viewed me and what relationships I was in or wasn’t in. I wrote ‘Love Bracelets’ when I started focusing on myself and discovered that true happiness doesn’t come from loving someone else, but by loving yourself.” Fusing trap-inspired beats, experimental synths and digitized vocals, “Love Bracelets” puts Izza’s knack for creating addictive electro-pop gems on full display.

Inspired by her upbringing in California, Izza’s gritty pop sound and unapologetic lyrics explore the duality between fantasy and reality as she attempts to find purpose in a materialistic world. At age 13, writing songs became a form of therapy and productive rebellion for Izza— an outlet to express herself and her struggles without restriction or consequence.

Since making her debut in 2020 with the release of her first single, ‘405,’ Izza has quickly risen as a unique force in the pop scene. In the past two years, she’s racked up over 200K streams, generated noteworthy blog buzz, and performed at 320 Festival, an online mental health music festival, alongside acts like Chris Martin (Coldplay), Kiiara, Elohim, and Echosmith.

Mak Ultra Drops Track, ‘Money Tree.’

After a short hiatus, MAK ULTRA is ready to take things to the next level with his new single ‘Money Tree’s’. This bop heavy lo fi banger is laced with Mak’a signature nonchalant cadence and charisma. Playful production comes from Troyce Pitones who compliments Mak’s Rags to riches lyrics.

Mak spent a lot of his youth skateboarding which allowed him to see things outside of his usual environment. When Mak was introduced to SOA, he began a whole new chapter in his life, eventually allowing him to focus on music in a whole new way, as he developed his artistry.

He claims: “The music I create is an escape, a trip through my lens. That trips designed to evoke a series of emotion, from the fly, fast life of the city right down to your most vulnerable moment alone.”
