New Track: Mumble Acid – ThBenj

Just a little over a month since his since last appearance on NEW LEASE MUSIC,   THBENJ bounces right back into the blog’s limelight with first single of the year, ‘Mumble Acid,’ now from 18th January on all streaming/download sites.

The latest release boasts a dense-heavy b-line which gives off an extremely intense and fierce vibe. Accompanied with eerie distorted vocals, THBENJ‘s daring lyrical flow effortlessly rip through the stubborn bars. The braggadocious combo has already caught the attention of Radio International who interviewed the rapper/producer a day before the track’s release date.

‘Mumble Acid’ is a follow-up previous track, ‘Louder’ which peaked at number two on the Drooble Top 50 Hip Hop Charts…let’s see if this blazing joint follow suit.

Song of the Day: Rolling – Ratlin (ft. Dun D)

Mozart Estate native RATLIN finishes up 2018 by teaming up with Dun D for latest cut ‘Rolling’, lifted from his currently untitled EP set to drop early 2019.

Released via GRM Daily, RATLIN, Dun D and their squad roll up in Amsterdam and capture their escapade for the visuals. Having been teased to snippets and behind the scenes shots of the video on his Instagram account, ‘Rolling’ has been eagerly anticipated by RATLIN’s fans and the likes of Spotify and Apple Music have heard that call too as the record instantly hit the ‘Best Of the Week’ playlist as well as ‘New Music Friday’ and ‘Rap UK’.

Classed as one of the most relevant and revered figures in the UK rap landscape today, RATLIN is a notable figure across platforms such as BBC 1Xtra, GRM Daily and Trench Magazine. New Music Video: Ye Freestyle – Bellzey

Hailed as the one to watch for 2019, BELLZEY recently revealed some fire visuals for his blazing track, ‘Ye Freestyle,’ premiered last week via Link UP TV.

The track follows the release of his highly anticipated mixtape, ‘You Live and Learn’…Be sure to look out for new music from this young Brixton rapper including a collaborative mixtape with fellow rapper Little Torment, set for release early next year.

New Track: Throw It Back – Manu Crooks

Fresh off its premiere via DJ Target on 1Xtra, Australian rapper MANU CROOK$ reveals huge new single ‘Throw It Back’.

The blistering  record  is produced by  MANU CROOK$ and co-produced by DOPAM!NE, featuring fellow African-Australian  artist B Wise after the pair previously collaborated on Manu’s single ‘Best Years’. ’Throw It Back’ serves as a follow-up single after the success of “Fuego” (feat. Anfa Rose) released earlier this year.

Manu has just finished a national tour supporting Alison Wonderland, and recently performed to thousands of people on the main stage at Listen Out Festival. 2019 sees Manu as the only Australian artist on the bill for the first Rolling Loud Festival outside the US. Praised as the biggest hip-hop festival in the world, Manu joins massive names such as Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti and Tyga for the first ever AU edition to be held in Sydney in January.

With over 10 million collective views on YouTube, and 20 million collective streams on Spotify, MANU CROOK$ closes the year with another certified banger.
