New Track: Energy – OMZ Trapstar

Following a series of bangers this year including ‘Never Boring’ which received enormous support from the likes of VIBE + BBC Radio 1Xtra, to the Afro-beats anthem ‘Stop Flexin’, South London rapper OMZ TRAPSTAR  drops his brand new single ‘Energy’ and announces his debut EP ‘O’ set for release on 28th December.

The rapper officially closes off the year with his first project, having previously collaborated with the likes of Skepta, Blade Brown, Krept and Youngs Teflon, the rapper is aligning himself alongside key artists as a ‘one to watch’ for 2019.

New Track: Louder – ThBenj

Rapper/songwriter/producer THBENJ makes a bold entry on the blog with third release of the year titled ‘Louder’.

The latest release possess a fearless use of hip-hop/pop with trap beats offering up a slight dance vibe. Such confident use of genres, spans from the multi-instrumentalist’s extensive music career. Starting as a drummer, THBENJ  performed with multiple bands across Sardinia and mainland Italy in genres ranging from rock, metal, punk, soul and pop before collaborating with a DJ in Ibiza.

‘Louder’ follows singles, ‘Waiting For You’ –  which hit number one on CCG Network Radio Top 20 charts – and ‘Manipulated’.

New Track: Throw It Back – Manu Crooks

Fresh off its premiere via DJ Target on 1Xtra, Australian rapper MANU CROOK$ reveals huge new single ‘Throw It Back’.

The blistering  record  is produced by  MANU CROOK$ and co-produced by DOPAM!NE, featuring fellow African-Australian  artist B Wise after the pair previously collaborated on Manu’s single ‘Best Years’. ’Throw It Back’ serves as a follow-up single after the success of “Fuego” (feat. Anfa Rose) released earlier this year.

Manu has just finished a national tour supporting Alison Wonderland, and recently performed to thousands of people on the main stage at Listen Out Festival. 2019 sees Manu as the only Australian artist on the bill for the first Rolling Loud Festival outside the US. Praised as the biggest hip-hop festival in the world, Manu joins massive names such as Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti and Tyga for the first ever AU edition to be held in Sydney in January.
