New Track: Go Figure – Bones & Bridges

Electro-pop trio BONES & BRIDGES follow up on their debut single ‘Reveries’ with bass driven/melodic effort entitled ‘Go Figure’.

Based on personal experiences, ‘Go Figure’ documents the feeling of loving and supporting someone with every inch of your heart – only to discover that the love is not return.

Comprising of Anthony Arthur, Atom Martin and TEE, BONES & BRIDGES formed in 2016 at a writing retreat in Nashville. Together they combine their individual styles and musical tastes to create a timeless sound.

Song of the Day: Muse – Astha

ASTHA is back, this time claiming today’s limelight with a catchy/laid back R&B inspired piece entitled ‘Muse’.

This latest offering is the Canadian singer-songwriter’s second release this year and adds to her discography that’s melodic, direct, and emotional which is often fused with pop, folk and R&B,  where she draws inspiration from the likes of Jhene Aiko, Ben Harper, Daniel Caesar, and Alina Baraz to name a few.

Song of the Day: Be Great – Loladre (ft. Pope)

Laura Dreyfuss – aka LOLADRE – has brought her very intoxicating fusion of indie pop and electro debut single into today’s spotlight, entitled ‘Be Great’, featuring the alluring vocals from Pope.

Dreyfuss is also a Grammy Award-winning actress, who is best known for her role in Glee and as a Broadway actress in Dear Evan Hansen.

Co-produced by James Adam Shelley from American Authors, ‘Be Great’ is destined to be a summer anthem and will, no doubt, add some serious credibility to her impressive CV. Check it out below:

New Track: Hate – Nicki Knightz

East London rapper NICKI KNIGHTZ drops lead single,  ‘HATE’, coming from her forthcoming, debut project of the same name.

Setting the tone for the forthcoming project, ‘HATE’ boasts a braggadocious bass, where the newcomer vents some home truths in what has happened in the past, and how it made her a stronger person.

‘HATE’ can be described as an anthem for every ‘misfit’ who has received hate for being different, for having a voice and, most importantly, having the courage to stand up for themselves.

Premiere: Hiding Away (Remixes) – Stephanie Sounds

You may remember STEPHANIE SOUNDS‘ calm-after-the-storm offering, ‘Hiding Away’, featured on NEW LEASE MUSIC last month. Today the alternative songbird unveils the single with two earthy, Reggaeton/Afrobeats – fused remixes from producer Victizzle and DJ Uwney. 

The original version of ‘Hiding Away’ showcases guitar riffs, giving off a smooth and rich folklore sensation with soulful vocals, reflecting the aftermath of being betrayed by close friends.

Taken from her 12-track EP, ‘Much better’, ‘Hiding Away’ is from today available on all major download/streaming sites.
