Watch Henny Knightz’s Video For Track, ‘Pontiac Black’

One of Hackney’s most intriguing rappers, HENNY KNIGHTZ dives into a weird colorful story through boastful visuals for track, ‘Pontiac Black’, lifted from his critically acclaimed EP, ‘Random House Of Evil’.

Set in Hackney, the three-minute production shows Henny having the best day ever, roaming through his neighborhood on a hot summer’s day…however, throughout the story, there are signs  that the day is seeming too good to be true….

Henny makes one half of duo The Knighthood Society, featuring fellow rapper Nicki Knightz. Henny executively produced Nicki’s 2020 ‘For The Uninformed EP’ to critical acclaim, and has been covered by Trench Magazine, Earmilk, RWD Magazine, GUAP Mag and GRM Daily

Song of the Day: Kill – Henny Knightz

HENNY KNIGHTZ makes his entry on the blog a blazing concept single, titled ‘Kill’.

The accompanied video features the Hackney Avant Garde Rapper and producer forcibly ridding himself of habitual destructive behaviours. The video portrays a more likeable, attractive Henny Knightz, cleansed of his superficial imperfections but thwarted by the anarchic ticks of a frustrated emotional hooligan.

Henny Knightz is one half of the seminal duo The Knighthood Society alongside rapper Nicki Knightz. This is his first solo release since ‘Track Red’ back in 2019.

New Music Video: Spring Haze – Nicki Knightz

East Londoner NICKI KNIGHTZ has dropped some gripping visuals for latest track, ‘Spring Haze’, taken from her EP, ‘H.A.T.E’ out now.

The one-and-a-half minute production flips between two lives of the dark side that goes on in the inner city area of Hackney  – the side of Nicki the ‘misfit’ that she is now and how she lives her life and a young boy getting involved in dealing, stealing and eventually being killed. This was the harsh reality growing up for Nicki.

Over some smooth, almost neo-soul bars – a complete change to previous boisterous tracks, ‘Hate’ and ‘Mindwalk’ –   the young rapper describes the struggles faced in a low funded area, where majority of the people who live here are poor, and gives an insight into why drug dealing and violence commonly occurs in a brutal finalé.

This is some hard-hitting stuff…see for yourself…check out the video for ‘Spring Haze’ below:

New Music Video: Mindwalk – Nicki Knightz

Following her entry on NEW LEASE MUSIC with explosive debut track, ‘HATE’, NICKI KNIGHTZ bounces right back into the blog’s limelight with visuals for her latest offering entitled ‘Mindwalk.’

Like her debut, ‘Mindwalk’ boasts a heavy, attention-grabbing  bassline, topped off by the east London rapper’s baritone delivery.

New Track: Hate – Nicki Knightz

East London rapper NICKI KNIGHTZ drops lead single,  ‘HATE’, coming from her forthcoming, debut project of the same name.

Setting the tone for the forthcoming project, ‘HATE’ boasts a braggadocious bass, where the newcomer vents some home truths in what has happened in the past, and how it made her a stronger person.

‘HATE’ can be described as an anthem for every ‘misfit’ who has received hate for being different, for having a voice and, most importantly, having the courage to stand up for themselves.

So if this is the story of your life, well this bad boy production will sit very well in your collection…check it out…
