OUT TODAY: Paul Minnich Finds Meaning in Life’s Imperfections on ‘Pretty Damn Proud’ LP

Elsewhere, ‘Memory Lane’ reflects on the experiences that continue to shape us, while ‘Rolling Stone’ captures how meeting the right person can change everything. On ‘In The Sand,’ Minnich trades daily pressures for the freedom of the shoreline, delivering a rock-tinged escape anthem that celebrates the need to step back and breathe. ‘American Valor’ brings a more solemn perspective, honoring military service members and veterans through a song informed partly by Minnich’s experience watching his older brother serve.

Following a breakout 2025 marked by editorial recognition and support from Apple Music, the Academy of Country Music, and Holler Country, Minnich brings these different perspectives together on ‘Pretty Damn Proud’.

Ultimately, the album’s appeal lies in its appreciation of life as it really is: messy, funny, complicated, and meaningful. OUT TODAY: The Meir’s ‘Free’ Is A Celebration Of Creativity, Freedom And New Beginnings

When Lars Zebregs, Bo Bodewitz and Raf Jansen first met via a mutual friend, they immediately felt a strong musical bond.

This quickly led to weekly jamming sessions on Meirstraat, a cosy residential street in their hometown of Oud Gastel, and during those sessions, the trio let their creative juices just flow naturally, without any pressure to strive for perfection. Amid all the creativity flying around, the guys came up with the name of the band – THE MEIR – paying homage to the street where it all began. But the band name wasn’t the only thing to emerge from those sessions. They also gave birth to something that perfectly captured what those jams were all about: just letting things happen naturally.

And that ‘something’ comes in the form of their brand-new single, ‘Free’, out today across all leading music platforms.

A welcoming, atmospheric opening, reminiscent of Keane’s hit ‘Somewhere Only We Know’, immediately gives a sense of liberation. As it weaves through themes of transition, release and freedom, it reflects the spirit of the band’s own jamming sessions. ‘FREE’ is left wide open to interpretation, giving listeners the space to decide what it personally means to leave something behind and begin a new chapter in life without fear or restriction.

‘Free’ is The Meir’s first offering from their upcoming album, ‘Infinite’. The single not only signifies their progress as budding musicians, but also perfectly wraps up their soothing combination of rock and pop – music that’s comforting to the soul.

Ukrainian duo artist NANA KOLODA and producer SAYHELOOO are set to ignite dance floors worldwide with their new single, ‘Lift Him Up’, out today (18th September) across all major streaming platforms. The track is the lead single from their forthcoming four-track EP of the same name.

Blending electronic, techno and pop with an unapologetically powerful energy, ‘Lift Him Up’ explores the greater divine within each of us. The track encourages listeners to awaken their inner light and strength, allowing what already exists within to rise to the surface.

‘Lift Him Up’ follows their well-received track, ‘Zozulia’, which generated support from multiple radio stations around the world.

Nana Koloda’s passion for music began at a young age and intensified during her time working in clubs as a dancer. Her love for electronic music developed through discovering the work of artists including Boris Brejcha, Black Coffee and Worakls, influences that continue to shape her artistic identity.

For Sayhelooo, the journey into electronic music began after listening to Apparat’s hit ‘Escape’. Like Nana, his connection with music dates back to childhood, with Queen among his earliest major influences. His evolving fascination with eclectic rhythms has since opened doors to creating music for advertising and film.

The duo continues to embody what their burgeoning collaboration stands for with ‘Lift Him Up’ — a track that moves confidently between the underground and the mainstream without compromising its identity.

OUT TODAY: Ainsley unveils inspirational track ‘Pray Everyday’ ft Double S

AINSLEY has teamed up with Double S, a former member of grime collective Marvell, for new single, ‘Pray Everyday’ out today, 25th March on all leading music platforms.

The pair met at a competition set by Timbaland, where the winning single earns a spot on his album. Although Ainsley reached the quarter finals in the competition, she struck up an invaluable connection with Double S. Their pair are currently working a string of singles which will form part of Ainsley’s debut album coming out later in the year.

Their budding collaboration starts with ‘Pray Everyday’, a noughties-inspired hip-hop/R&B fusion, where Double S moves away from his infamous rapid, “skippy” flow and adopts a more laid-back delivery to tell the story of confronting the hustle and bustle of everyday life with optimism, perseverance and faith. ‘Pray Everyday’ serves as an anthem to encourage anyone who are at their lowest ebb. 

Influenced by icons like Timbaland and Michael Jackson, Ainsley is a female producer hailing from the vibrant city of Glasgow. She has carved out a signature sound by blending old-school and new-school R&B, collaborating with some of the UK’s most sought-after voices to bring fresh energy to the genre.
