If this track doesn’t get you charged up for the weekend, frankly nothing will.

Today’s dish comes from NORS, an artist collective/production team from different parts of the world, led by Alfredo Norese, a talented producer and musician from Argentina.

NORS is the result of the combined talents of Alfredo producing and composing, Brandon Haygood from Texas (USA) penning lyrics, Tolu Salako from Nigeria, Sahil Dhandia from India and Rob Maude from the UK, providing the vocals.

Come on, shake yourself up and listen to ‘Come On Over’. If you’re feeling this track, head over to their SoundCloud profile as these guys are introducing new songs, throughout the year through different labels worldwide.

New Track: What’s Love Got To Do With It? – XY&O

Haze pop trio XY&O return with their first release of the year with a remake of Tina Turner 80’s smash hit, ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It’. The summery synth pop makeover re-introduces the band back in 2017 before two of their own singles drop in the spring.

“We got asked to work on a cover so we wanted to stay away from anything too obvious or close to home. So, an 80s slammer from an iconic behemoth voiced diva felt far enough away.” – Skip Curtis (vocals)

2016 saw huge things for the band with over 10 million streams on their debut EP ‘Shimmer + Shade’ , playing at Glastonbury Festival, and signing a label services deal with Kobalt, launching their own brand.

Listen to what could be one of the biggest summer anthems of the year.

New Track: Douchka – No Reason (ft. Hi Levelz)

After their collaboration with ‘This Mood’, producer DOUCHKA hooks up with rapper Hi Levelz again for the new single ‘No Reason’.

Full of bold textures, the track will lift you up with a chorus made of organic brasses and choirs, before giving way to the fluid and catchy flow of Hi Levelz.

Speaking of his latest banger, DOUCHKA said: “No Reason, was made in a similar way to ‘Call You Mine’ with Lia. I sent the beat to Hi Levelz in the morning and played it later that evening  with a draft version in Bordeaux. The next day, I had a dozen of messages from people who wanted to know where the track was available because they recognised Hi Levelz’s voice as they heard it on ‘This Mood’ a few months earlier.”

‘No Reason’ is from DOUCHKA‘s EP ‘Infantile’, set for release on 21st April via Nowadays Records…look out for that – but for now, lift up your Thursday and have a listen to this slammer.
