Sneakbo Drops Track, ‘Dripping’ Featuring Still Greedy

Following this year’s releases of exceptional singles, ‘I Don’t Wanna Die’ and ‘Chasing The Bag, Brixton legend SNEAKO follows up with new banger, ‘Dripping’, premiered on DJ Target’s 1Xtra show.

Produced by his long-term collaborator Lekaa Beats, ‘Dripping’ is a straight up UK rap track that sees Sneakbo hitting the beat over a core piano led instrumental. Still Greedy brings a different element to the track with his melodic waviness making it into a certified banger as the two artists bounce off each other’s vibes.

The King and pioneer of Afro-tinged rap – a fusion of rap, afrobeats and dancehall – is recognised as the first artist to create this sound by his peers, thus paving the way for a new generation of artists today. Sneakbo counts rapper Drake as one his super fan who is in awe and inspired by his movement.

There is a lot more music on the way, so stay tuned as this year there will be a flurry of new material from Sneakbo. Check out the official video for Sneakbo’s ‘Dripping’ below…

Listen To Isaac B’s Track ‘Lean’ (Temple Remix)

Rapper ISAAC B bounces in 2021 with remixes from his 2020 debut EP, ‘Chances Ocean’.

First to get the remix treatment is, ‘Lean’, which describes the buoyant feeling of unapologetically enjoying the new-found respect from others. Originally an minimalist alt-hip-hop piece, ‘Lean’ receives a slick R&B-esque/hip-hop makeover from London’s lo-fi, hip-hop and house music producer Temple, who has worked with the likes of UK rap legend Tommy Evans.

The remix was brought to life after the unlikely pair met through a beat battle via And What? LDN. After multiple encounters, Isaac B & Temple drop this upbeat take on Lean and prepare to release an EP together later this year.

TrueMendous Drops Track ‘Don’t You Wanna’ + Video Ahead Of Album

As fans eagerly anticipate the release of ‘Misdiagnosis of Chyvonne Johnson’ on the 1st April via High Focus Records, TRUEMENDOUS  keeps up momentum with her third single release of the year, ‘You Don’t Wanna’. Churning the energy levels sky high, TrueMendous delivers an exhilarating record showcasing her dynamic and skippy flow. In harmony with her intricate flow patterns, the music video mirrors the pace through the changing backdrops and gradients.

‘You Don’t Wanna’ showcases powerful articulation and control, similar to her 2021 debut ‘Cause A Scene’. However, she is also able to demonstrate a soulful conscious rapping style seen in ‘Worst Child’.

Following on from the soulful and more rhythmic method of rapping TrueMendous surprises fans with a sneak peek of ‘Y’, which is teased at the end of the ‘You Don’t Wanna’ music video. The juxtaposition between both tracks exemplifies TrueMendous as an artist and her eclectic sound. Taken straight off the forthcoming album, ‘Y’ steers away from the fast paced levels of ‘You Don’t Wanna’ and sways towards a stripped back sound.
