UK Rapper Harvy Green Drops Single ‘Empire’ + Video

Drumming up over a 100,000 views on YouTube from videos to singles ‘Smoke’ and ‘Mars,’ which also earned him over 40,000 streams on Spotify, upcoming rapper HARVY GREEN circles back to drop his 5th single titled ‘Empire’ + music video.

Keeping in line with his already released tracks, the 24-year-old delivers his bars as the heavy autotune trap style draws comparisons to Young Adz. The young rapper fuses his hip-hop influences into his raw, rhythmic and intriguing vibe to his music. On his new single, harvy green brings dark instrumentals to the table and blends them with smooth melodic flows, strongly resounding to the likes of Travis Scott, Gunna and Young Thug. The British rapper with Indian ethnicity caught the attention of American YouTuber Brandon Rashad to his 620K subscribers, after which harvy’s listeners have continued to rise.

Keep your eyes peeled on this fiery spitter as he plans to drop an album later this year…but for now, check out the official video for ‘Empire’ below…

Album Review: FlyMix Vol.1 – Fly Von

After his lenghty hiatus, FLY VON made a blazing return with his remake of Migos’ GNF and Roddy Ricch’s Boom Boom Room, both taken from his latest project, ‘FlyMix Vol.1’.

The 13-track set sees this DMV spitter takes on the hits of hip-hop heavyweights such as Drake, Da Baby and Young Thug and guide us through variations of trap-hop tones which, at times, work in perfect unison with chilled, laid-back 90s hip-hop/R&B influences. The rumble of the catchy b-line serves as the main attraction throughout the set which occasionally gives that extra Timbaland-esque spice.

Previously known for producing pure tranquil chill-hop numbers, this guy has reinvented himself into a super fierce wordsmith, armed with a razor-sharp delivery which thunders straight through the braggadocious bars.

All I have left to say is Sir Fly Von, welcome back to the limelight…check him out below…
