Thematically the single narrates the insecurity and ups and downs of a relationship, detailing how love can often feel like an emotional rollercoaster until it finally comes to an end. Its mellow grooves and smooth lo-fi beats cook up a mouth-watering release, oozing with seductive melodies and velvety vocals, which highlight the featured singer’s impressive vocal range. Slum Village’s T3 Announces New Solo Album With Delicious Vinyl, Taps Illa J And Frank Nitt For Lead Single ‘Relax’
Legendary Detroit emcee and Slum Village frontman T3 has partnered with the prestigious Hip-Hop label Delicious Vinyl for his new solo album Mr. Fantastic. Entirely produced by Ruckazoid & Teeko, and featuring a previously unreleased verse by late SV member Baatin, the album is set for release next Thursday (23rd January).
First off the album, T3 shares ‘Relax’, featuring fellow Detroit emcees Illa J and Frank Nitt. VIBE premiered the track and spoke with T3 about the forthcoming album, his new deal with Delicious Vinyl (check out the full interview HERE.)
