Watch Masego’s Video For Track ‘Mystery Lady (Sego’s Remix)’

Directed by Doug Bernardt, who was awarded the Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Entertainment for Music for the short film Bluesman, MASEGO‘s official video for ‘Mystery Lady (Sego’s Remix) bursts with brilliant colours, with a deep appreciation for the sensuality and rhythms of everyday life. Masego sings as he explores the streets, alleys and courtyards of Mexico City, encountering dance partners along the way and reveling in the city’s natural beauty.

To date, ‘Mystery Lady’ has soared over 100 million streams. Sego’s remix and the original version of the song – ‘Mystery Lady Ft. Don Toliver’ – appear on Studying Abroad: Extended Stay (EQT Recordings/Capitol Records), the deluxe edition of Masego’s acclaimed 2020 EP.

Masego made his breakthrough with his 2018 debut album ‘Lady Lady’, where lead single, ‘Tadow’, surpassed over one billion global streams. The song is certified Platinum in the U.S., Diamond in Brazil and Gold in Mexico. Hailed as a “musical polyglot” by the Los Angeles Times, Masego is a singular talent and surprising presence – a saxophone player, a singer, a rapper, a comedian, a DJ. NPR Music praised him as “musical shapeshifter, the creator of a blueprint for a new kind of sound.”

Watch Chiae’s Striking Visuals For Track ‘Cash Out’

Atlanta’s R&B singer CHIAE (formerly known as Malachiae) returns with a lush and lavish new single, ‘Cash Out,” out today on Motown. The swirling instrumental produced by T-Minus (Drake, Justin Bieber, The Weeknd) is smooth yet vibrant, setting the tone for Chiae’s tales of romantic encounters in the lap of luxury.

This new single follows a string of sensitive and colorful tracks from the vocalist. In 2020, he released ‘Bedroom to the Club,’ a luxe R&B song full of light-hearted come-ons, and ‘Get to the Bag,’ a money-minded cut about providing for the one he loves. These tracks follow four years of EPs, singles, and steadily building buzz for one of R&B’s rising stars. Though Chiae’s just getting started, he’s already had huge success working with fellow Atlanta superstars Migos, playing a lead role in the movie Million Dollar Quartet, and securing national radio and TV plays on channels like BET Jams.

Last year, Chiae played TRILLERFEST, one of the largest virtual music festivals, alongside Migos, Mario, Pitbull, Marshmello, G Herbo, and many more to help raise money for those affected by COVID-19.

Leïti Sène Drops Track ‘#SPANISHFEET’ + Video Portraying His Life In Barcelona

One of Spain’s fastest rising underground artists – rapper, creative and acclaimed actor LEÏTI SÈNE – shares infectious new ‘cute drill’ single ‘#Spanishfeet’, alongside a captivating video portraying his daily life in the vibrant city of Barcelona. Finding it’s home on the cutting-edge imprint Yuukii Music (home to Bhavi, Defensa, Zoe Gotusso and more) ‘#Spanishfeet’ is an addictive slice of Spanish drill – a tongue-in-cheek track that talks about honesty, realism and the false appearances he perceives in the genre.

Recorded in a DIY home studio in his flat on a random night, sonically, the track reflects the plethora of sounds and influences so prevalent right now in the burgeoning Spanish rap scene, as Leïti and producers Bexnil and Nadddot blends trap, new wave, hyperpop, afrobeats and rap with ease, always nodding towards his Senegalese roots. The follow up to recent poignant trap single ’T-Rex’ and its captivating Miguel Morillo – directed video, this is the second single from Leïti’s anticipated forthcoming JÖM Mixtape, due for release this summer. Returning to his solo work after recently starring in smash Netflix show Élite, ‘#Spanishfeet’ is another addictive taste of Leïti’s genre-defying sound and unwavering creative vision.

An artist known for his uncompromising approach to aesthetics and meaningful visuals, the music video, directed by Jordi Lops, plays with the spaces where Leïti feels more comfortable: the stage and his house, always with the CuteMobb collective by his side.
