As the Grime scene pioneer teases his long awaited follow up project ‘Graphene 2’, he plans to keep the same high calibre that he delivered in the first project. Lola Young Shares New Single, ‘So Sorry’

LOLA YOUNG is one of VEVO’s DSCVR Artists to Watch 2022, an Amazon Next Breakthrough Artist, a BRITs “Rising Star” Award nominee and one of the five artists shortlisted on the “BBC “Sound Of 2022” poll. Yet – on her new single, ‘So Sorry’ – the 21-year-old confesses she still sometimes feels insecure. Lola Young, who will launch a U.K. headline tour in March, explains, “’So Sorry’ is a song I wrote about my toxic traits in a relationship. I got super vulnerable and honest on this track and I hadn’t yet written a song about how difficult I can be when I’m with someone. I feel like a lot of other people are going to be able to relate to the feeling of saying sorry far too much.”

‘So Sorry’ follows Lola’s track, ‘FAKE,’ and her cover of Philip Oakey and Giorgio Moroder’s ‘Together In Electric Dreams.’ Combined, the two singles have amassed nearly eight million global streams.

Country Dons Drops First Banger Of The Year Titled ‘Family’

Members Rokky, Maroc and Blaze – aka COUNTRY DONS – shows how life’s adversity created their strong brotherly bond in latest track, ‘Family’. Aiming to keep their identity under wraps, each driller take on their own hefty verse over the track’s aggressive instrumental.

The accompanied visuals for the slamming track was filmed in London, which sees the guys take a step out of their country ends in Farnborough. The blazing production was directed by visionary legend Pacman TV, who is an expert in the game for around 10 years. The crew keep their energy levels high throughout the whole video, reflecting the power from their heavy hitting bars.

The highly tipped trio have featured on tracks alongside the legend that is Charlie Sloth, who has cemented his identity within the global rap scene, as well as Suspect another highly respected UK rap figures. This exciting collaboration was released only last month (December) and has already hit over 1M streams on YouTube alone.

The crew made a big entrance to the UK Drill scene and are known for their unique sound. The group have collectively racked a crazy number of views on platforms like YouTube, accumulating over 15.5M views on their track ‘Sticky Situations’, as well as over 14M views on their track ‘Ramsay’. Back in October they released their single ‘Drippers’ which hit 2.5M views and their Daily Duppy released, earlier this month, has reached over 1M.
