‘Count Me Out’ is the latest release by Detroit hip hop artist MR.J (D-RIOT). The song is about self-reflection and overcoming self-doubt while giving a positive message to the youth.
“In a culture that’s dominated by violence, heavy drug use, and sex, I know that I am fighting a up hill battle,” Mr.J adds. “But it’s a battle that I know I can’t afford to lose, at least not with myself. Life in itself is a constant battle, but what side of the battle are you on? The winning side, or the losing side? Winner’s win and loser’s lose, I choose to win in life. If it’s one message that I hope people get from this song it’s to NEVER count yourself out.”

After his lengthy hiatus away from the scene, BEKREATIVE kept his promise to deliver a stream of music.
Well here it is…his full-length album titled ‘King Of Time’ released last Monday (12th December) across all music platforms. Whilst most artists dish out tracks that are suited for the festive season, BeKreative went a different direction and slams down 16-tracks that are suited for a playlist of a house party.

At home in the USA, retrospective band KARMACODA shared the official video for their previously released single ‘Time Flies’ via Sola Musa Music. Following the release of their single ‘Time’, the new video is the first to be shared off of their latest album Lessons in Time. It was shot and directed by Gianfranco Bichine and adds to the band’s catalogue of award-winning music videos. Now, Harmony Dreamers share an emotional new single, ‘Without You,’ which is an ode to people who will be celebrating the 2022 holiday season without a loved one. Scott says, “The more I listen to this song, ‘Without You,’ with the upcoming holidays, it just tears me up, the timing. Two people very close to me, my older brother and my adopted son, just broke up with long time live-in partners, just within weeks. When I worked on the cruise ships, it was not uncommon during the holidays for people to be grieving and trying to find peace.”
He further added, “There were certain healing songs I played for them that they still message me about years later, even though I only knew them for 15 minutes.”
After releasing his project 3DAEP earlier this summer, 3KOMMA is back with ‘No Hook,’ a visual freestyle he shot in the middle of his hood in Georgia.
This freestyle has been garnering thousands of views on the teaser and video, one of many releases this rapper intends to drop over the next few months.
