New Track: Switch Up – Marcelle Adrianna (ft. Monique Amarylis)
Vocal powerhouse and ever rising R&B talent MARCELLE ADRIANNA delivers her latest soulful single ‘Switch Up’ featuring Monique Amarylis.
‘Switch Up’ comes off the back of her spellbinding EP ‘THE PROLOGUE’ which unearthed a handful of tracks that grabbed the attention of global gatekeeper to R&B, DJ Ace, who supported Marcelle on his BBC Radio 1Xtra show. The EP also saw Pride Magazine highlight her as their ‘One to Watch’ whilst the likes of Neon Music stated that she “deserves to be heard by millions of people”. She has previously performed alongside the 1975 and collaborated with Melissa Steel, so it is safe to say she is ticking a lot of boxes.
Delving into feel-good, old-school R&B goodness MARCELLE ADRIANNA showcases her signature riffs and succulent harmonies as nostalgic and contemporary flavours twist into a genuine R&B sound. With a bouncy backdrop, Marcelle and Monique, who are good friends beyond the studio, showcase their chemistry and put their real life conversations to life, providing an honest insight into the dynamics of relationships.

Following a fruitful 2018, seductive songstress MADISON PARIS drops her latest single ‘Triple’ featuring London singer Bobii Lewis into today’s spotlight.
Having launched herself into the scene just over a year ago, Madison has already proven that she’s here to stay with supporting slots for Cadet and M.O, being the face of Footasylum’s Nike Utility Boot campaign, as well as an undeniable series of massive tracks ‘Excuse’, ‘Rum & Wine’ (which was BBC 1Xtra’s Introducing Track of the Week) and her most recent heater ‘Oh Mama’ featuring Micah Million. She is most certainly carrying on this trajectory into 2019 with new banger ‘Triple’, which see’s Madison deliver her trademark spicy vocals over a passionate trap-infused instrumental courtesy of Sokari.
With the track gaining an US radio premiere by LA based, on air personality and member of the budding YesJulz! empire, Alaysia Navarro on Dash Radio, as well as a UK premiere from BBC 1Xtra’s DJ Ace, ‘Triple’ shows her impressive ability to blend genres including R&B, pop and trap is well-received not only in her home turf but in the lucrative LA scene.

EP Review: Jade Vol.1 – Bianca Jade
Following the release of her single, ‘Feelin’, Florida’s rising R&B singer BIANCA JADE continues to spread the message of self-love and empowerment to the fellow female race, through her second EP ‘Jade Vol.1’, released yesterday.
Comprising of just four tracks, ‘Jade Vol.1’ introduces a bed of soothingly idyllic soundscapes, met with an infectiously dominant b-line through ‘Used To This.’ This combo, topped off by Jade’s alluringly delicate vocals, continues throughout the set.
Concluding piece,’B.S.’, pleasantly interrupts the EP’s soothing theme, with angelic guitar plucks taking centre stage and gives some body to the track’s airy arrangement. Jade’s vocals, which remained constantly delicate throughout the EP, suddenly roars with passion, definitely one of the highlights of the collection.
Having creating major buzz in her hometown, Miami with debut EP, ‘B-Light’, the Cuban/Jamaican songbird decided to step up her music career by moving to New York City – and her latest offering has every possibility to repeat that success in the Big Apple.
