Song of the Day: Deja Vu – Brit Daniels

Rising Nashville pop songstress BRIT DANIELS is diving deep into her feelings with single ‘Deja Vu’.

Packed with Summer-ready atmospheric beats and hypnotic pop vocals, ‘Deja Vu’ was co-written with Jonathan Perkins (The Chainsmokers, Pitbull, Cody Simpson) and touches on the trials and tribulations of modern dating culture. After going through yet another failed attempt at a relationship, Daniels was inspired to get in touch with her feelings and explore what went wrong. Through writing the song, Daniels realized all the red flags she ignored and noticed a pattern in her dating life.

New Track: Left With A Broken Heart – Leah Kate

LEAH KATE‘s latest single, ‘Left With A Broken Heart’ is a self-explanatory urban(ish) pop number, taking a very pessimistic view on love. Featuring brooding melodies and melancholy instrumentation, the single evokes stunningly dark atmospheric pop.

Song of the Day: Hideaway – Ben Brown (ft. Ehmji)

After spending almost a year in the US, working with Baltimore producer beatsbysteev, singer/songwriter BEN BROWN has slammed down a one hell of melodic hip-hop/R&B joint entitled ‘Hideaway. Featuring the smooth flow of rapper Ehmji, ‘Hideaway’ is taken from his latest EP, ‘410 Interlude.’

Compared to the likes of James Vickery, Tom Misch, and Zak Abel, the North Londoner gained traction in the UK scene last year, playing at Sundown Festival and opening the main stage at Mutiny Festival, following his ā€˜No Words’ tour which saw the artist deliver his energetic performance style at headline shows throughout the UK in support of his new single – his third consecutive one to reach the top 15 in the iTunes singer-songwriter charts.
