Ana Shine Releases Debut Album, ‘Four Seasons Of Love.’

Following on from this year release of emotive single, ‘Freedom’, pop songstress on-the-rise, ANA SHINE has shared her debut album, ‘Four Seasons Of Love’, an eclectic body of work where each season represents a different stage of love.

Alongside the release of her album, Ana has also unveiled her second single of the year, ‘Be Yourself’.

Speaking of her album, Ana says: “On this album, I wanted to talk about the four stages of love. Each season represents a different stage of love; spring is the first stage when love blossoms, summer is the second stage when love is intense and passionate. Autumn is the third stage when you start to have doubts and finally, winter is the fourth stage when you fall out of love, usually it is the hardest stage.
I would say that when you love someone, you want to be a better version of yourself and love gives you wings to fly.”

The 14-track album is a firm testament that Ana is the one watch for 2021 as she takes on any style of genre with perfection, a trait that is admired by BBC Radio London, Vibes FM, YO1 radio and The Headliner Magazine. ‘Four Seasons Of Love’ includes the infectious urban pop vibes of ‘Cover Me’ and ‘Lights Out’ which document the thrilling times of a relationship, whereas ‘Freedom’ and ‘Goodbye’ possesses the qualities of a timeless piano-led ballad, where Ana’s emotive voice serves as therapy to overcome heartbreak and face the future with optimism.

Born in Russia, now resides in the London, Ana has positioned herself as an intriguing multifaceted newcomer, that will leave anyone, who has come in contact with her music, guessing her next move…

Song of the Day: Together Forever – Von Marlon

After a separate personal and musical split in quick succession, VON MARLON‘s alias was formed as a solo project after living abroad. The name derives from a Mike Skinner lyric, whose music along with other underground
alternative pioneers of the UK scene greatly inspired Von Marlon’s sound, which offers a mix of
Hip-Hop, Ambient, & Dance inspired alternative pop songs.

His single ‘Together Forever’, is about the dreams and hopes one can have for a relationship, not only when dating someone but also with a greater sense of connection in general. It was created during the past year and evolved from the current global situation; the longing for when everyone can come back together again and the feeling of excitement that that moment will bring.

Garnering attention with the two singles ‘Searching’ and ‘Tripping’ on independent radio stations such as Absolute Radio and Amazing radio, Von Marlon was then featured in The Unsigned Guide’s June ’19 Spotlight, before signing a sync deal to Max Music Publishing.

From this, ‘Closer’ was synced on an episode of Queen Sugar, the US TV show broadcasted on Oprah Winfrey’s network OWN, whilst also being listed in Ditto’s ‘Chartbreaker’ Spotify playlist.

Sneakbo Drops Track, ‘Dripping’ Featuring Still Greedy

Following this year’s releases of exceptional singles, ‘I Don’t Wanna Die’ and ‘Chasing The Bag, Brixton legend SNEAKO follows up with new banger, ‘Dripping’, premiered on DJ Target’s 1Xtra show.

Produced by his long-term collaborator Lekaa Beats, ‘Dripping’ is a straight up UK rap track that sees Sneakbo hitting the beat over a core piano led instrumental. Still Greedy brings a different element to the track with his melodic waviness making it into a certified banger as the two artists bounce off each other’s vibes.

The King and pioneer of Afro-tinged rap – a fusion of rap, afrobeats and dancehall – is recognised as the first artist to create this sound by his peers, thus paving the way for a new generation of artists today. Sneakbo counts rapper Drake as one his super fan who is in awe and inspired by his movement.

There is a lot more music on the way, so stay tuned as this year there will be a flurry of new material from Sneakbo. Check out the official video for Sneakbo’s ‘Dripping’ below…
